is 3/18/2024. This communication is being sent to you on the same day as

Your request seeks “the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally),
including all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for Konner
Avenue Drainage Improvements that was submitted on 3/5/2024 11:00 AM.”
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, your request is denied due to “information
which, if disclosed, would give an advantage to competitors or bidders.”
The lowest responsible bid is still under administrative and attorney
review which could potentially result in a disqualification of the bidder
or the rejection of all bids. Once a contract is awarded or all bids
rejected by resolution of the Township Committee, the bid tabulation is
releasable. You can resubmit your request at that time.

right to challenge the denial of access. At your option, you may either
