I have reviewed your request and found the following information.
1. There were 2 requests received for this information on 6/1/2023. One
at 12:03 p.m. and one at 12:09 p.m. The request from 12:03 was
responded to. I have attached the response. The request from 12:09
was marked as a duplicate in our file and not filled.
2. There is a note in the log here that this was sent to our junk email
and was not retrieved until 6/26. It was promptly filled on 6/26. I
apologize, that should have been noted in the response to you. There
are times when requests are sent to our spam or junk email. While
every effort is made to check these folders regularly, there are times
when oversights happen and requests are not responded to timely.
Aside from the above, I am unsure of what other information you are in
need of. Please contact me if you have further questions or require
additional information.
