"This request is denied at this time. Since the bids are
still under review and no contract has been awarded, the
release of a bid report would constitute "information
which, if disclosed, would give an advantage to
competitors or bidders" which is exempt from access
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1. Please feel free to
resubmit this request after the Borough has awarded a
contract."
Statement:
