Per your OPRA request received today, September 5, 2023. The Township received one bid on April 17, 2019 from Samson Concrete & Masonry, LLC, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 in the amount of $475,000. On May 13, 2019, the Harding Township Committee rejected the bid of $475,000 from Samson Concrete & Masonry, LLC.
