We write regarding your OPRA request, for which we previously obtained an extension until July 22, 2022 to respond. The portion of your request seeking "all documents relating to received bids and/or bid tabulations" is overly broad and fails to specific identifiable government records sought such to allow the Custodian to conduct a search for responsive records. Nevertheless, in the spirit of OPRA, to the extent your request specifies it seeks bid tabulations, quantities, and unit pricing, we are enclosing responsive records.
