Good Morning,

 

I have attached all the information needed for your OPRA request. Included
is the minutes from October and November with the resolutions to
appointing Kiely, the actual Resolutions, and the bid tabulations. Kiely
was the only one who put a bid in for the engineer position, Earle had
picked up a bid packet but never turned it in. Please let us know if any
more information is needed.
