Dear Ms. Baisley,

 

The Township of Plainsboro received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on July 29, 2024.  The official Records Custodian, Carol J.
Torres, received your OPRA request on the same date. As such, the seven
(7) business day deadline to respond to your request is August 7, 2024.
This response to your request is being provided to you on the fifth (5^th)
business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

 

The OPRA request sought access to the following:

 

v  “Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally),
including all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for College
Road East Improvements Phases II & III that was submitted on 7/25/2024.”

 

Response: The attached record is being provided in its entirety and is
responsive to your request. The record is being transmitted to you via
email as per your request. There is no cost associated with the request
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b.
