The Hackensack City Clerk's Office has received the below Open Public Record Act (OPRA) Request pertaining to the Bid Tabulation Results for Bergen County Prosecutors Parking Lot.
Please be advised that the City did not go out to bid for Bergen County Prosecutors Parking Lot held on 8/8/2023 or any other dates; therefore, this is not a bid result that the City would maintain and there would be no records with Hackensack.
Going forward, kindly confirm that all OPRA Requests sent to the Hackensack City Clerk's Office are for the City of Hackensack and not for Bergen County before sending the request.
