As requested, attached is the bid tabulation prepared by Borough Engineer
Dale Foster for the Beach Patrol Pole Barn Addition. If you have any

The document I provided was, in fact, the engineer's bid tabulation. This project was bid as a lump sum with no unit pricing required. As a result there was only one figure provided by each bidder, which was subsequently listed on the bid tabulation by the engineer.

It's unfortunate the file I provided is not what you require, but it is the only bid tabulation that exists. On the attached scanned copies of the bid proposals you will see there was no list of items with unit pricing. This is why the bid tabulation contains only a single figure.
