Good morning,
The Township of Montague received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request from you dated September 5, 2024. The Office of Records Custodian received your OPRA request on the same date. The seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is September 16, 2024. This response is being provided to you on the same business day as the custodian’s receipt of said request.

Custodian’s Response: Your request was forwarded to our Municipal Clerk/Administrator who has provided me with the attached documents. The attachment includes one (1) 8 ½ x 11 pages. As these documents are being provided to you by e-mail, there is no charge. Please note, that the RFP and bids were made on the basis of a base bid only. Therefore, there is no information reflecting quantities and unit pricing.
