Attached please find the response to your request for records filed with the Clerk's Office on Friday, March 231, 2023 requesting. " Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation, including all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for “46th Street Park Improvements” that was submitted on 1/31/2023."
As with any OPRA request, you have the right to challenge the decision by the Township. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government records Council (“GRC”) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
