You must submit the bid number for this request. Without the bid number
the Dept of Purchasing can not process the request. If a bid number is

Please understand that any requests, this includes any outstanding requests you may still have , that were sent to the Dept of Purchasing will require the bid number before they will be able to process it.
Any NEW requests will ALSO need the bid numbers with them before they will be able to process.
I have stated this numerous times.
