Good afternoon Ken and Olev,

I appreciate you stopping by this afternoon to discuss the police
departments current contract with SHI/Body Worn.

As discussed,  the initial contract was awarded on June 22, 2021 and the
contract went into effect on June 23, 2021 (resolution attached). 

1^st year contract term:  June 23, 2021 to June 22,
2022                     PO#21-02900  Body Worn Cameras, Equipment,
Software  $250,000.00    PAID  9/21/2021  Check #761 (Invoice #B13705911)

2^nd year contract term:  June 23, 2022 to June 22, 2023       
            PO#21-04557 Five 5 In-Car Video Systems          
                        $41,848.80      PAID  6/21/2022  Check #898
(Invoice# B15135255)**

3^rd year contract term:  June 23, 2023 to June 22, 2024

4^th year contract term:  June 23, 2024 to June 22, 2025

5^th year contract term:  June 23, 2025 to June 22, 2026

**        As you are award, SHI/Body Worn delivered the five (5) in-car
video systems directly to the Police Department in January 2022 and then
issued Invoice# B15135255 on 1/25/2022.  Ken was kind enough to provide
purchasing with a copy of the invoice once the equipment was delivered. 
However, as the 2^nd contract year bond money was not approved until June
of 2022, the January invoice was held by the purchasing department until
the CY 2022 bond money was available.  (The invoice was paid on 6/21/2022)

As discussed I will contract SHI and Body Worn and advise that the police
departments yearly contract starts on June 23^rd.  As such, the next order
of five (5) in-car video systems should not be delivered to the police
department until the end of June each contract year.
