This email is to acknowledge receipt of the Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request by the Custodian of Records on 09/05/2023, which was submitted on
9/04/2023 at 10:36 AM. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is 09/14/2023.

 

The OPRA request sought access to the following:

Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally) and bid
tally sheets, including all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder,
for 2020 Road Program that was submitted on 7/1/2021..

right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Middlesex to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
