Dear OPRA Machine,

The attached document provided to you on two (2) separate occasions in
response to your two (2) identical OPRA requests does specifically detail
the bid received three years ago on 5/19/2020 from  the only (1) bidder
and does include “unit” (per acre) pricing, the acreage, and the total. 
There is no other document and no other document will be created going
forward as this was a one time event and the results were publicly posted
on the City website:  [1]www.cityofsummit.org, as are all bid summaries
since 2018, which can be found approximately midi-page on the Purchasing
page of the website [2]https://cityofsummit.org/597/Purchasing. 

Bid Summaries for the current year are posted on this page.  Summaries for
previous years are archived on the website but are still accessible using
the Search tool at the top of the page, as it indicates in the title of
the section on the Purchasing page, emphasis added:

Current Year Bid Summaries (for previous years, please use Search tool; if
no results are found, please submit OPRA request using link at the bottom
of the page)

Please refer to the City website going forward to find Bid Summaries as a
much easier method that submitting repeated OPRA requests for information
that is readily available and please keep in mind that once a bid has been
publicly opened, the results are publicly posted on the City website and
will not change so the posted document will be the only document.
