The City of Lambertville received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on June 26, 2023. The official Records Custodian, Cynthia Ege
received your OPRA request on June 26, 2023. As such, the seven (7)

Excel document prepared by the City Engineer for the 2020
Catch Basin Project. Be advised that this document provides you with a
bidders list but is not fully inclusive of your request for all
quantities, as that record does not exist.
The City of Lambertville can provide you with the bid packets,
or for a fee, we can ask the City Engineer to prepare the document for
you. Please advise us of how you want to proceed and we will obtain an
estimate from the City Engineer.
These records are being transmitted to you via email as per your request.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the cost associated with this request is
$00.00.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the City of Lambertville to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
