The Township of Neptune received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request
on August 29, 2023. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is September 8, 2023.

The request was for:

“Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally), including
all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for 2019 Neptune Road
Program that was submitted on 3/19/19”

Please see attached and/or below in response to your request from the
Engineering Department.

If not already done so, please wait for the other relative departments to
respond to your request (if applicable).
