Good afternoon
Attached is the resolution from 2020 awarding the contract. I am still
trying to locate the bid tallies as this was before my time in the office
and looking through some old files. Please let me know if this is
satisfactory or if the tallies are still needed.

The attached documents are records I was able to locate regarding the bid in 2020. There was no tally sheet done. This bid pre dates, myself and the current CFO.
