Good afternoon.
Please be advised that this office represents the Board of Fire
Commissioners of Fire District No. 2, Township of Brick. In response to
your OPRA request of June 21, 2023, attached please find the Bid
Tabulation Sheet for those bid proposals received on the return date of
April 7, 2020, regarding the project for Site Upgrades, Renovations and
Addition to the Folsom Fire Station, Station 23-1, 765 Midstreams Road,
Brick, New Jersey.
Please note that the Board resolved to award the contract to Altec
Building Systems Corp., 904 Atlantic Avenue, Point Pleasant, New Jersey
08742, in the base bid amount of one million seven hundred ninety thousand
dollars ($1,790,000.00), at it public meeting on April 21, 2020.
