Could you please advise as to what you are requesting by asking for an "internal review"? By way of background, your original request was submitted on 7/24/23 and as the contract was not awarded at that time, our office advised that the requested records were exempt from disclosure at that time but that it was recommended that you resubmit your request at a later date as we may be able to provide the requested records after the contract has been awarded. Please advise if your below email should be understood as you are submitting a new OPRA request for the documents previously requested with regard to the referenced project. If that is not correct, kindly advise what action you are seeking for the County to take with regard to your request. Thank you for the opportunity to be of assistance.
