Good Morning – I am in receipt of you request for a copy of the bid
scoring sheet (s) and professional services methodology evaluation
prepared for the responses to the 2015-16 RFP for general legal
services. I am not sure you are aware that we had a 4^th floor fire at
the Housing Authority which resulted in lots of water damage - Our main
office was flooded and we are still cleaning up from this mess. At
this time we are unable to look for that information however, when we are
able to get all our tenants back in their apartments and our office is put
back to normal – I will look for those documents if they were not damaged
by water.

Good Afternoon Mr. Rozzi,
In regards to your OPRA request: for a copy of the bid
scoring sheet (s) and professional services methodology evaluation

services – I have attached the contract and resolution for that period of
time - It appears to have been renewed for a second year option.
