This is the response to your OPRA from Peter Ylvisaker at the MUA:

"No previous contract has been awarded by the MUA for Management Operations Agreement for Maintenance Services for the Wastewater Treatment and Collection System for Downtown New Egypt. This is the first time the contract has gone out to bid, so there is no existing contractor who has this contract, and no tabulation sheet exists."
