Dear Bay Head Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Please provide the police and/or incident report for a bicycle theft that occurred at Mueller’s Bakery (80 Bridge Avenue) between 08/15/2018 and 08/24/2018 in your town. It was reported that someone stole a bike from the bakery, and was subsequently arrested.

I have been forwarded your request for a copy of the bike theft at Mueller
bakery.  You would have to requested this through the Ocean County
Prosecutors Office as this is an indictable offense.
