Dear Perth Amboy City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting a log of all bicycle licenses issued under chapter 158-3 of the city ordinances, between 1/1/21 and 3/30/21.

Additionally, I am requesting daily logs of sales reports, as required under chapter 158-5 of the city ordinances for the same time period.

If all documents could be presented in .pdf, .xls, or xlsx format it would be appreciated.
