Dear George C.,

Please see below regarding your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request:

 1. List of properties with current code violation

The Borough of Fort Lee does not have a specific listing of properties
that have code violations.  We can certainly fulfill your request
providing that specific addresses are given

 2. Properties with delinquent taxes aver $4,000

Documents (56 Pages) responsive to your request

 3. All properties that are currently vacant

The Borough of Fort Lee does not require the completion of a registration
form for vacant properties, therefore there are no documents responsive to
your request

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Fort Lee to deny access.
At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior

Box 819, Trenton, NJ, 08625, by e-mail at [email address], or at their
web site at www.state.nj.us/grc. The GRC can also answer other questions
about the law.  All questions regarding complaints filed in Superior Court
should be directed to the Court Clerk in your County.

Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
