Dear Requestor,

The Borough of Seaside Park is in receipt of your request dated August 8,

"Records requested:

-Beach revenue and costs from 2018-present
-Parking revenue from 2018-present"

At the link above, please find the beach badge yearly revenue reports from
2018 to present and the parking revenue reports broken down by month for
2018 to present as provided by the Finance Department.

Please be advised that your request for "beach costs" does not identify
specific government records. As such, your request is an invalid OPRA
request and is denied. A proper request under OPRA must identify with
reasonable clarity those documents that are desired. See Bent v. Stafford
Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30, 37 (App. Div 2005). Custodians are
