Mr. Kratovil,
I am in receipt of the above OPRA request.  It is similar to one sent to
my Office three months ago.  I will begin working on the response.
However, the last OPRA took me over 10 hours to complete and it is likely
that this one will also.  There is no one in my office I can delegate this
to.  Consequently, I respectfully request that my response time be
extended.  I will have a complete response to you by Friday, September 27.

Mr. Kratovil,
I began working on the OPRA this morning.  My payroll department had a
look and noted that this time you were asking for a two month increment,
July through August (as of September 1st).
the problem is that our ADP reports come in quarterlies.  Quarterlies lend
themselves to analysis while portions less than quarterlies require much
math.  Much more effort to come up with a number.
Therefore, I respectfully request that you resubmit this OPRA request to
cover July -- October 1st (or through October 1st, as you wish).  I will
not begin work until I hear from you.  If you have any questions, please
contact me.
