Dear Robbinsville Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Thank you for sending information on my prior request of open and closed permits. There IS a FINISHED BASEMENT and I am wondering if that had a permit or if one was required. Kindly provide any info regarding the basement and guidelines as to whether permits would be required. In the event permits were needed and not initiated, what would need to happen to make this acceptable per the township?
