This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

-All records related to Hoboken's contract with lawyer Barry Sarkisian in matters related to his advisory role in rent control amendments with the City Council and administration

-All communications and/or recommendations made by Barry Sarkisian to the Hoboken City Council and administration on amending the city's rent control ordinance

-All communications (electronic mail, physical mail, city council meeting minutes, etc.) between the City Council, Administration, Rent Regulation Officer, Rent Control Board and Barry Sarkisian in matters related to his suggestions/recommendations on reforming/amending Hoboken's rent control ordinance.
