Dear Freehold Regional High School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
There appears to have been an investigation related to the Better Business Borough Complaint Case ID #16888403 in 2022 (Public Record). Specifically the complaint alleges that We (Bark) would investigate if the school in question has utilized the Bark software in a manner that is not in compliance with our Terms of Service. However, due to contractual confidentiality obligations, we cannot release the records of said investigation to a third party without a
subpoena.

I am requesting all emails between the Freehold Regional High School District, any of its employees or agents and Bark during the time frame of February 1, 2022 and April 15, 2022. If this is prohibitive due to expense, please advise as I am ready and willing to compensate the District for its efforts t produce the required documents.
