(OPRA) request on February 20, 2022.  The official Records Custodian
received your OPRA request February 20, 2022.  

Your OPRA request sought access to the following:    

1. Correspondence or notification from the Federal Communications
Commission requiring your agency to vacate its existing radio frequencies
as stated in ballot question 4 in the example ballot on your website.” 
The radio channels requiring vacation by the FCC are licensed to the
Township of Toms River not the Fire District. 

Please be advised there are no documents responsive to your request.  

2.   2. The lease purchase agreement or quotation used for replacement
values as stated in ballot question 4 in the example ballot on your
website.  Please see attached.
