• Copies of Annual bidding request for Ballot Printing Contract, advertisement can suffice.
• Copy of subject Contract for the calendar years. Contract details should include the comprehensive contractual details including mailing, if so applies.
• Copies of resulting award with respective Resolutions regarding Ballot Printing Contractor selected.
