This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: A list of which political party occupied the first column at the left of the ballot in the November General Election from 2012-2022.

But your request should be directed to the Warren County Clerk who is responsible for the creation of the ballot used in an election and for the the ballot draw to determine ballot position.
