Ballot Cure Data for Nov 2020 General Election
Dear Hudson County Board of Elections,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I am requesting municipal-level data for the entire county from the November 2020 General Election showing:
1) How many mail-in/vote by mail ballots were temporarily rejected, And then of those temporarily rejected, and as a sub-set:
1a) How many voters returned the cure letter and were accepted,
1b) How many returned the cure letter and were rejected, and
1c) How many did not return the cure letter.
I am not requesting any names of individual voters, just the counts, ideally in a spreadsheet format. Regards, Maria Slabaugh
