I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Any communications between borough employees, council members, and the mayor, regarding the non-competitive award of the contract with Apruzzese, McDermott, Mastro and Murphy, P.C., resolution 22-47, from 2019 to present day, July 8, 2025. Seeking borough initiation of said 2022 award, any overtures, offers, or solicitations made by Apruzzese, McDermott, Mastro, and Murphy, P.C., and any continuing or new discussions of continuance of the non-compete contract, establishing the practice as Special Law Enforcement Labor Attorney in the January 2025 reorganization meeting.
