Dear Rowan University,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Rowan University’s response is due within seven (7) day which is January 20, 2026. I was advised that reviewing and coalescing this information, including records from almost 10 years ago, will take working with multiple departments. In these circumstances, under OPRA, Rowan is entitled to a reasonable extension of one-week until January 27, 2026, to provide a response. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i)(1), Rivera v. Good morning,
As you are aware, Rowan University has been working on preparing a response to your OPRA request. Since my last email, I was notified that the employee working on the response is unexpectantly out of the office for several days. In addition, the storm from this weekend caused the University to be closed on Monday. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, Rowan is unable to produce the report with the extension period and needs one more extension until February 13, 2026.

I am writing to request an internal review of Rowan University's handling of my OPRA request 'Authorized Staffing Levels Building Maintenance Workers 2017-2025'.
This is a follow up regarding my January 9, 2026 OPRA request for the Position Control Log/Authorized Budgeted Position Roster for the specified departments and job titles. Rowan University requested and was granted extensions to January 27, 2026 and then to February 13, 2026, but I have not yet received a substantive response or the requested records.
As of today, February 25, 2026, the request is now overdue under OPRA. Please provide the responsive records, or a lawful written response citing specific exemptions and the number of records withheld or redacted, no later than five (5) business days from the date of this message.
