A resolution, record of a motion, email, letter, communiqué or any other document (including Borough Council meeting minutes) authorizing, permitting and/or directing the Sayreville Business Administrator or any other agent of the Borough to negotiate a PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) agreement with Trammell Crow for property in Sayreville where the Arsenal Warehouse project is being developed. (a/k/a PARLIN SECTION 1 URBAN RENEWAL, LLC, Block 43, Lot 250, Block 43, Lot 251 and Block 44, Lot 249).

A resolution, record of a motion, email, letter, communiqué or any other document (including Borough Council meeting minutes) providing guidance or direction to any agent of the Borough negotiating the PILOT referenced above.
