My search disclosed two cases in which Mr. Meli was a defendant prosecuted
by this Office.
Case 20-0349: Complaint and Affidavit of Probable Cause are attached.
Driver's license and social security numbers are redacted per N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5.
Requests for Arrest Report, Indictment,
and Final Disposition are denied for lack of responsive records.
Case 19-1031: Driver's license, social security, and phone numbers are
redacted from attached responsive documents in accordance with N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5.
With regard to both cases, mug shots are exempt from disclosure pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9 and Executive Orders 9€ (Hughes), 69 (Whitman), and 21
(McGreevey), which apply to "Fingerprint cards, plates and photographs and
other similar criminal investigation records which are required to be
made, maintained, or kept by any State or Local government agency."
