Dear Toms River Police Department,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Toms River Police Department's handling of my OPRA request 'August Arrest Reports'.
The names of the people are missing.
A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/august_a...
Yours faithfully,

Good Day Mr. Anonymous,
The print out you received was a list of all the incidents that Toms River
Police Department responded to that resulted in an arrest. I cannot
generate a list with the names of the arrestees on it. We send the list
to assist requestors in narrowing down their request in case they are
looking for a specific incident. As you can see, there were 190
incidents. Printing all of those reports reviewing, redacting and copying
is time consuming for my staff and costly to the requestor. Each report
print out is 3-5 pages. We print, then review and redact and then copy
again at a cost of $ .05 a page, so that is 6-10 copies for each report.
If you still want them all of a portion of them, let me know and I will
send you an estimate for your review and approval. Thank you.
