I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Mr. Aumack,
Additional time is needed to respond to your OPRA request seeking "State audit of the Keyport Fire Dept." We are confirming whether a redacted report can be provided as the current draft report is exempt under OPRA as advisory, consultative and deliberative material. A final report that can be released has been requested. A response will be provided as soon as possible, but not later than Monday, February 24th.
Respectfully,
Michele Clark, Municipal Clerk
Mr. Aumack,
In response to your OPRA request below, please be advised that the record you have requested remains advisory, consultative, and deliberative material (even though discussed in a public meeting) and is exempt from access under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
Please know the DCA anticipates providing a final report in the near future and we are currently working with the DCA to schedule a presentation anticipated to occur in March.
Regards,
Michele Clark
Municipal Clerk
