Audio recordings of planning board meetings in 2014

Records requested:
The dates audio recordings were taken at planning board meetings. Please state at what point audio is no longer retained. I am not requesting the actual audio but the years listed where audio recordings began to be captured during planning board meetings.

captured during planning board meetings.
As per the state statute for the Records Retention and Disposition
schedule:
Tapes of Public Recordings for Municipal Planning and Zoning Boards is one
year or until summary of minutes is approved.
To the best of the Department’s knowledge, the Planning and Zoning
Secretary has been recording minutes since the year 2000.
She maintains recordings for only 1 year as stipulated in the State
Statute.
