All audio recordings of Nicole Stouffer's court hearings from the tickets she received in July, as well as the police reports for the tickets given.

Court records need to be requested from the Court. You would need to file an OPRA with the Municipal Court Administrator for the audio recordings of Nicole Stouffer's court hearings.
