The player you sent to install has a virus attached to it. Please send a version that can be played without the need for an independent player that is showing it has viruses. I can stop by the municipal building.

Mr. Duff,
We will have our IT company review the player. We will also inquire as to
whether it can be converted to another medium. I am having surgery
tomorrow and will be out of the office for a few days. I will have
someone from our office contact you.

Nothing I do with what you sent me will download any type of player. Could you just let me know the kind of player I need so I can download myself?

Hello Mr. Duff,
Kelly is out of the office today and asked me to reach out. The system we
use is called Liberty Recording. I did speak with the IT company and had
them walk me through converting the file to a different format. I have
attached the file as a .wav file, which I believe should work on a wider
range of audio players. It is a large file so please let me know if you
run into any issues. Thank you.
