Please be advised that the record you are requesting cannot be provided as that record does not exist. Under the NJ DARM records retention schedule Audio/Visual Recordings must be held 80 days or until either a summary or verbatim transcript have been approved as minutes, whichever is longer and once that is met the record can be erased. The dates you are requesting have exceeded both stipulations and was erased.
