Good morning,

Due to the large size of the file, there will need to be multiple emails sent to accommodate all the records responsive to your request.
Attached please find audio recording of January 7, 2026.

Dear Township Clerk,

Thanks for the quick turnaround, I appreciate it.
If it works on your end, could you start with the March 25, 2025 audio file first, then work backward from there? You can skip 01/07/2026, I already have that one.

One question. Why doesn’t the Township use something like Dropbox for file delivery? For a relatively low annual cost, you’d get around 3 TB of storage. With audio files at roughly 20 MB each, that’s about 150 files at once without juggling multiple emails. Seems like it would save you time on your end and avoid breaking these up.

Mr. Sosis,

I believe there is an annual cost for DropBox if it goes over a certain file size or time frame. I was able to do it for you this time. Please see link below. If unable to access, please let me know and I will try a different method. Also, please note that going forward the audio recordings of the meetings will be on the website once those minutes have been approved.

Dear Township Clerk,

Thank you for taking the time to provide the audio files. I’ve successfully downloaded them.

At this point, you are free to remove the files from Dropbox if you need to preserve storage capacity, especially since the recordings will soon be available on the Township’s website.

I do want to note that once the files are deleted from Dropbox, the link previously provided will become inactive, and the recordings will no longer be accessible through that link to the public.

Thank you again for your assistance.

Sincerely,
Bill Sosis
