The Township of Scotch Plains will be taking an ADDITIONAL EXTENSION OF TIME to respond to your OPRA REQUEST because the documents you requested are still in ATTORNEY REVIEW.

The Township of Scotch Plains received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on October 13, 2021. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 7th business day of the second approved Extension after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
