“Attorney General’s Investigative Report”

On Wednesday February 28,2024, Borough Manager Jim Gant drafted an interoffice memorandum wherein he referenced the “findings” of an “Attorney General’s Investigative report.” Further, according to send memorandum, Chief McConnell was placed on administrative leave.
Kindly please provide:
-the investigative report referenced in Gant’s memo,
-a copy of the memorandum itself
-any emails from / to Jim Gant between 1/1/24 and 2/28/24 that include the words “Attorney General” “Chief” or “McConnell.”

Good Morning,
I am following up as your previous email communication on 11 March stated that you were requesting a seven (7) day extension for "Attorney Review." The amended "due" date you provided was in excess of seven (7) days from your response.
According to your extension request, said response shall be due no later than 19 March.
Kindly advise if you intend on providing your response on or before that date so I may seek additional remedy should it be necessary under OPRA and Common Law rights of access.
Please note that this matter clearly concerns an overwhelming public interest, being that it concerns the standing of our current / former Chief of Police. I am quite certain any Administrative Law judge will rule the same.
Similar to the Bradley Beach incident, it is evident by the overwhelming media reporting and public outcry that we the citizens of Red Bank DESERVE to know what the report states.

My apologies I may have written the response wrong, I will correct that.
We received your request on March 4th. The original due date would have
been March 13th. The seven-business day extension would then make the new
due date March 22nd. Apologies for the miscommunication.
