Dear Nancy Power,
In response to your request for clarification on number 2 of my request, I would like all communications (electronic or otherwise) to and from any recipient in the Clerk's Office, Construction Office, Department of Community Development, Zoning Department, Planning Board Attorney, Office of the Mayor and the Legal Department relating to Mipro Homes revision of the number of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

Good afternoon Denise,
Please see attached the Township’s Final Response to your Open Public
Records Act (“OPRA”) request received August 19, 2019.
Please be advised that while no records responsive to your request were
intentionally withheld by the Township, certain redactions were made
within the responsive records to remove privileged attorney/client legal
advice and privileged attorney/client work product communications as
permitted by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 (stating that public records do not
include any record within the attorney-client privilege). The Planning
Board Solicitor, Mr. Stephen Boraske, has advised that the redactions
relate to legal advice and discussion about the requirements of the
Municipal Land Use Law and Open Public Meetings Act, as well as privileged
draft work product, documents, and discussion prepared by the Board’s
attorney for the Board’s confidential review.
Please contact Mr. Boraske directly with any further questions or concerns
regarding this request. He can be reached at [1][email address] or
201-373-8951.
Thank you.
