Good Morning Mr. Roberts,
On November 20, 2017, the Berkeley Council approved a resolution (attached) to enter into a contract with Motley Rice LLC. At this time, I have not received the contract to be signed from the firm. I have not been advised if Berkeley Township has been added to the lawsuit prior to signing a contract with them.
