Dear Mr. Moffitt,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Any and all inspection documents for the past two years that indicate ventilation in all rooms of the schools has been inspected and that there is adequate ventilation as per the DOE requirements
2. Any and all documents that indicate Certification of the system in every room, that includes information of the independent person who checked that the system is working in each room
3. Any and all documents that depict a facilities checklist for every room signed off by the individual in charge of ventilation for the district.
4. Any and all documents that indicate where the isolation rooms are for individuals at EACH school.
5. Any and all documents that indicate the MERV rating for filters that are presently installed in all buildings.
6. Any and all documents pertaining to the HVAC system manufacturer’s recommendations regarding filter usage and MERV rating.
